It is really not worth going to customer service at you store because they do not have access to your eoffers to see what is loaded. Plus, sadly most customer service do not even know what eoffers areYou need to either call or e-mail GE corprate customer service and they can look up you offers on your card and verify by receipt number. They will either send you a gift card or add the amount on your card and it then just comes off the next time you buy something. I know it is a pain but it is hard for the stores to verify the info when they do not have access to your account. And saves you the hassle of standing in line.
Now I do ask the stores for my cats when they do not print but you can call the CAT for those of you want.
