Most of the time it was something I did or the cashier forgot to scan something. With the Wishbone dressing CAT a few weeks ago, one of the flavors wasn't producing the cat...they just gave me the cash for it.
What do you mean by cash? I've always been given a gift card when this happens to me at The Waterfront.

I think that the e-offers aren't working on my card. I loaded some yesterday and they didn't work today. The line for CS was 8 people long and I didn't have much time to wait. I'm calling corporate tomorrow morning to find out about the problem.

It is really not worth going to customer service at you store because they do not have access to your eoffers to see what is loaded. Plus, sadly most customer service do not even know what eoffers are You need to either call or e-mail GE corprate customer service and they can look up you offers on your card and verify by receipt number. They will either send you a gift card or add the amount on your card and it then just comes off the next time you buy something. I know it is a pain but it is hard for the stores to verify the info when they do not have access to your account. And saves you the hassle of standing in line. Now I do ask the stores for my cats when they do not print but you can call the CAT for those of you want.

My regular store is familiar with the e-offers. I always print a list of the offers currently on my card, or I can show them my account online from my phone. Either way, I've gotten them from the store.

Recently, the GE site has been giving me problems. I have to refresh it, login multiple times, and restart my session over and over again.
