Double Coupon Policy Email

I have tried to search, but can't find it. Didn't someone post a copy of the email they received that said they double, even when the coupon says DND??

Well, I found one, and took it to the Austintown store. She gave me a hassle, and said she would double the Planters this time, but couldn't gaurantee they would again.
Also, she said I would have to leave the store and come back in to do my second transaction, or have my daughter do one, so I had her do the PB by itself.
What a hassle...do they always do that at Austintown??

I never had issues at that store, they are one of the better couponing GE's around here. Contact Ms, Carcia via the Ge facebook page or GE's customer service number.

Her email is annamarye.carcia@gianteagle.com. Explain in detail, date, issue and who you talked to. She usually responds to my emails within 24-48 hours. Ask about their double coupon policy in your email. Print her response and that is the one you want. She is the head of customer service and if there is an issue, she will send emails to managers and district managers to remind them of the policy and there was an issue.
It is worth it to have her number in my cell phone so if I have issues, I can say I am calling her and do it in front of whoever--I haven't had to do it yet but I would love to see a manager's face when I mention her name and say I have her on speed dial.

I bought 12 planters the other day with a rain check and the $.75 Qs. They didn't double them for me. I bought them anyways, as it's still a great price. But I would like the pdf you have that says they'll double them anyways if you wouldn't mind. I went to the Warren store. The Howland store, that I usually shop at, has been out of them.

I just redeemed my rain check today for the Planters Peanut Butter at the New Kensington GE. No problem doubling the coupons. I did feel bad taking 8 off the shelf (was only 6 left), but there was no way to break up my rain check. Still no Kraft Par. Cheese. Will have to wait on that rain check.
