bumping! I've been getting the survey code on the bottom of my receipt lately. I noticed my code has been the same. I think you can enter once a day...I haven't verified this though. However, I used the code yesterday and it worked again today, but then when I tried a second time in the same day it said I've already used it. If I didn't have to call to get the rules, I would! Wonder why they don't just put it on the website??
