In cases like this, I call Catalina, They will ask you about the offer (it helps to have your ad handy) and all of your receipt info. I never discuss prices. They will be able to pull up your transaction and verify what you purchased and they do the math. Usually, Catalina only looks at the shelf price, not the deduction for the AC savings. They may prompt you for more information, especially if they see that the Sister Shubert's is the problem. When I call I just restrain myself from being too chatty and giving more information away than I should.
If you call Catalina directly it decreases the amount of time it takes to receive missing cats.
