Rats...I got some other candy bars a few days ago at 99cents a bag. Not bad at that. The make good concession stand candy.

I went just a few days ago and they probably had 30-40 coupons on two seperate tearpads. I went to the same store, just 2 days after and the sale was advertised with a yellow tag and NO tearpads. I also noticed that on another display. Who takes them off? The store or the manufacturer? It just seems weird to me.
