I read this and thought..I've never had to deal with the customer service 1-800 before and then I remembered one of my best dealings with a customer service center ever.

I had a new $75 gift card and went to the self scanner for a few items. I think I paid around $4 and then went on my way to get gas with the rest of the $$. Get to the gas station and realize I have the receipt but not the card. Panic sets in and then I get my wits about me and decide I need to go back to the store and look to see if I droped it. Talked to the cs at the store and they didn't have one turned in (didnt' think anyone would) but told me I can try to call the 1-800 but don't expect anything. I didn't expect much except I wanted to try to cancel the card so no one else could use it.
They were able to trace the card and put a hold on it. Someone did use it for a few dollars. They then told me they would see what else could be done and took my number.
I forgot about the above and the next day I get a call from them telling me they had send a replacement card to my store and I can pick it up whenever.

Awesome!!!!!
