Comment on your local Giant Eagle pharmacy

Q) How would you describe your local Giant Eagle pharmacy's service and performance?

On a scale of 001 to 100, with 100 being perfect.

I am not a happy camper and I will contact Giant Eagle in writing just the let them know not all of their pharmacy customers walk away happy.

Ive never really had a problem with my pharm. The only complaint I do have is that it is soooo busy. They do have tons of pharmacists and pharm techs on staff and working but it is always busy.
I have a friend that is a pharmacist (not for GE, but another retailer) and I hear what goes on inside there and as a nurse that deals with them...I hear alot of stuff.

If you are to complain, make sure it is not their fault first.

When I lived in the great state of GA, there was an article in the Marietta Daily Journal that talked about how busy pharmacists are ... they really do not even have time for a potty break!

I give my Giant Eagle a 70 out of 100 with a definite 'room for improvement.'

i have no complaints on my GE pharmacy. They have given me free antibiotics on occassion and I can't complain about that. My high blood pressure meds are only $4 but then I get the chance to transfer to another pharmacy and get gift cards. :)

I hate the Giant Eagle pharmacy. They are inconsiderate and rude. I would much rather pay the $4 for antibiotics at CVS or Wags rather than deal with Giant Eagle for the free ones.
