They should! The Washington Observer still carries RP and P & G and the paper is based in Washington so I would think so. I can get it in my area on the edge of Washington County at both GE and Shop N Save.

Yes, the Washington GE does carry the Observer-Reporter, it is the hometown newspaper. And yes, at this location all of the inserts are included. However, the SS is a very abbreviated version of the one that is inserted in the P-G.

Get there early this Sunday though. With 2 RP's and P&G, the papers will go fast. You can also find the papers in all of the covenience stores in and around Washington at least as far north as the Tanger Outlets. Any further north towards McMurray and the South Hills and you may not receive all of the inserts. Just look before you buy.
