Giant Eagle ~ Other: Not so happy with the eOffers

There is a flaw in the system -

I brought Multi grain Cherrios - 75 cent eoffer
Chocolate Cheerios - 75 cent eoffer
regular Cheerios - 55 cent eoffer
Golden Grahams - 75 cent eoffer

Only the regular Cheerios and Golden Grahams came off because on the receipt the other kinds of Cheerios are printing up with the generic Cheerios description so their computers are not matching up the offers.

I called GE and they are making it right for me.

On the plus side I had no problems getting the extra 15 cent fuel perks.

I have had a problem a couple times too with cereal. Your explanation may be what happened to me too. I guess you have to keep your eye on it and know it program has issues.
