Re: Deli question, about closing time I insist that they slice the meat for me. I refuse to buy meat that's been sitting in the deli case already sliced for many reasons - color changes from the lights, it dries out, too thick, etc. (I had never seen deli's do this until I moved here - in Philly, everything was sliced to order).
I can be a real biotch about my deli meat - several people got fired at SNS over the years because of their attitude/refusal to cut my meat! |
