I got my shopping done by Saturday for a change instead of Wednesday night. As a result, I am totally ready for the upcoming ad. Wishing those calls and emails I made actually worked and I would receive the ad in the mail like others. :hectic1::sad:

I am glad I am not the only one waiting. I knew that the new ad would not be posted since there is no mail delivery today, but I could not resist logging in to look.

I thought of that after the fact, but then I also remember previous times when the ad arrived on Saturday instead of Monday because of a holiday.

I think we're about due for a GREAT ad because I for one haven't found much at GE for the last month except for a few things here and there. I'm ready for Fall to get here and the good deals on soup and broth and baking supplies, all of which I am in dire need of. Sigh.....

I hope you're right about a great ad coming up! I still need dog food (I know I sound like a broken record) and side dishes, like Knorr or Pasta Roni. Also napkins...

I'm keeping my fingers crossed for the Planters Flavor Grove to be $2 like they were in March I think. The Chipotle flavored cashews are amazing, so I bought 20 of the 75c Q's off ebay and I intend to stock up. I need napkins too!

I need dish liquid and I'm still waiting for some Loreal kids shampoo, etc...I have one more bath's worth left for DS, and I don't want to pay full price!It's going to be in the 90's all this week,and my 3 year old tends to get extra sweaty and sticky. eeeww.

I need dog food and napkins too. I had to buy the last 2 bags of dog food and it was so expensive without a deal. I also need some kind of coupon and/or deal with A1 sauce. My 5 year old decided 2 months ago that he wants to put it on EVERYTHING he eats! I actually had to buy a bottle yesterday without a coupon! So painful to do. I did have the $1 off beef one if you buy a bottle but I still had to pay $3.50 for a bottle. Just painful to do. Why didn't he have this fixation last year with the awesome $2 off coupon and K-mart doubles where we were drowning in it. I ended giving most of it away and the last 6 bottles he used.

I also would like a BOGO tyson refrig chicken or steak strips deal like that had twice earlier this year. So easy to make a quick meal with and I bought a bunch of the 55 cent coupons over a month ago hoping for a good deal. And a birdseye coupon and deal so I can stock back up on their frozen rice that is the other thing my 5 yr old eats constantly. Amazing how much work it is to make minute rice for him instead of putting a frozen bag in the microwave and hit the buttons to cook.
