Re: for those who didnt get 10% foodperks After waiting over a week, no foodperks show on my receipts.
I even asked CS at GE about it today. None to be found.
I signed up, watched the video multiple times and I was offered 10% each time I watched it, I was also offered 5% for referring 4 emails, and also offered a free cup of coffee.
I finally called the number posted above, then after all the computer automation voices, I speak to a REAL person. She asked me how she could help me with my Giant Eagle credit card? Not advantage card, Credit Card.
I'm calling about a ge advantage card.
So she tells me to call 1-800-553-2324 So I did, and I explained everything. Result: 15% & A FREE CUP OF COFFEE! That's Customer Service at its BEST!
Now after all this time it took me to earn a discount and get it, I'm going to make it worthwhile! Time to clean out the truck, I'm going to do some serious shopping(after I fill up the tank @GetGo)!
