With the Soft Scrub Total Bath & Bowl or Kitchen Trigger being such a new product, I can see manufacturer’s cents off coupons for it coming out in the near future (the current coupon expires on: Sunday, April 11, 2010).

They have to almost 'give the product away' for people to try / purchase it.

So, do not leave the store empty handed … obtain a raincheck, quantity ‘lucky number 10.’

With the rainchecks that I obtain, I cut out and tape the illustrated item for the store ad to my raincheck.

It makes most excellent documentation as to what is on sale.

Great idea Terry! I really ticks me off though that they don't properly stock these terrific sale items. I was there at 4pm on Thursday and no Soft Scrub, no razors. I asked if they had more stock of the razors and they said no and all traces of a sale on Soft Scrub had been removed from the shelves and endcaps. I'm going to try and get them first thing tomorrow and will secure rainchecks if they don't. Terry thanks for a the reminder to ask for more than I have Qs for since more will come out.

Just went to both Bethel Park GE's (Market District and Rt 88) - they have @ 2 dozen ea of the Softscrub cleaners for .99 (Mkt District has @ 1 dozen more).

If your store doesn't have any you could also take the GE ad to Target or Walmart and get a price match. HTH!!

It was with a CVS ad for Twizzler strawberry licorice on sale of 99¢.

I was told that WalMart* would not honor the price since that item required a CVS ExtraCare Card (their loyalty card) to receive the sale price.

WalMart* goes on to say in their advertising that their price match offer does not match gimmicks.

In my opinion, their price match offer is a gimmick.

My WMs will price match CVS and other stores w/ a loyalty card - their reasoning is that anyone can walk in and get a card, so it's not anything more than a sale.
