Expired GE Cats *Update, can't use*

I just found $14 in expired GE Cats from last month! They expired during the big snow storm (I couldn't leave my house for a week) but then I just forgot about them until now. :hectic1: Does anyone know if I can still use them or what I can do with them?

Try..it will depend on the cashier & the manager of that store & how they handle them, I find it really varies...

go to CS - I was able to use 6 expired cats (expired 7 days prior) just by asking

The customer service gal at the Strongsville GE once told me they would except them until the end of the month they expire in. However, she was visibly irritated by my question and I took it to mean that you would get a scolding if and when you tried to redeem them. Personally I can't imagine why they would want to create any kind of ill will in this economy.

I get a bit scatter brained and have had this happen more than a few times. As long as they are a store coupon my GE will honor them. The manufacturer's coupons are iffy though. Sometimes they do and sometimes they don't. Good luck!

I agree with Sagesonamabuster. My store allows exp store cats but not manuf cats.

My store will not allow them - Unbelieveable that so many of yours would.

What I do - I find a receipt from before they expired - take the receipt to customer service with the cat and do what comes naturally, I blame my husband. I tell the customer service clerk that I just found this on the bottom of the hamper - my husband forgot to use them

I don't feel at all remorsefull - especially now all of you are able to use them without telling stories.
