They should, its not always guaranteed, but in the past, they've gone by shelf (reg) price. Some brave soul will prolly test it on Thurs.

The price is a little higher than I'll pay, but not bad if you need them. Coupons.com has $1.50/2 Mini Wheats coupons and they're included in the Kellogg's deal.
