You cook these puppies in the microwave for two minutes, any longer and they become hard and difficult to eat.

What I do is microwave them for one minute, open the door and turn them over and then cook them for another minute.

Hey Terry..I love these too. Several months ago they had 75c Q's on these and I loaded up on them from ebay. I got 60 of the single-sold chicken eggrolls for free! The coupons expired the end of January so I'm hoping we get some in the Sunday inserts soon.

I love their mini vegetable egg rolls. They sold them in a big bag around Christmas, but I can't find those anymore. Must have been a seasonal item at GE. :sad:

I tried the single serve egg rolls (I had $0.75/1 qs to get them for free.). I thought that they were absolutely terrible in the microwave (soggy). I tried them in the oven, though, and they were much better. Served with Bird's eye rice with vegetables, we had an excellent (free) meal.

I am addicted to the Chicken Egg Rolls. I only prepare them in the Oven though. Yummy!

They are best when cooked in the over, but try rolling them in a paper towel to microwave and they are better than just on a plate.

Deep fry those babies and you'd swear they came from a take-away... yum.

Just made the mini vegetable egg rools last night with some steamfresh brown rice and YUM! I made them in the microwave turning halfway through and they came out fine. A little chewier than takeout, but still delicious!

Thanks for the tip on the coupon. I would soooo love to get these things free though!
