Cashier didn't scan my card/No Catalina's/Do I have a case?
The cashier took SSOO long looking through my coupons for free ones that the register timed out for my advantage card. I finally got the savings and doubled cpns amount when I took my receipt back but I didn't get my cheese/jello(times 2) and Betty Crocker catalinas.
I'm calling the Catalina company in the morning but do I have a leg to stand on?
The total on the original receipt went from $165 to $79. The sales prices took another $40 and the doubled cpns almost $17, so $22 for all that

You take the items in question to the Customer Service Desk.
State your story of woe and then have them rescan the items as if it was a new transaction.
After the Catalina coupon prints (and is given to you), the cashier voids that thar transaction!
