Did you get any bucks? Did you do them in separate transactions since you can only get one $5 buck per transaction??


Had my own issue with black and gold bucks. Went to my normal store and when I checked out at SCO around midnight I had 4 knorr sides and one steamfresh veggie and no bucks. Since I saw it after I totalled I got the cashier to come over and void it. She checked the cat machine and it was working fine but while I was waiting for her it was making a funny noise and blinking so I don't know. I went to the regular line and she rang me up and no bucks again. i also did not get my BC cookie cat either! I finished checking out and went down the road to another location. Got my bucks and BC cat there. i have no idea what happened at the first store. The cashier told me she had just had someone else come thru 10 minutes before me and they got their bucks.

I like this store but I am constantly having cats and bucks that don't print. i have spoken to the manager before and he has no idea why it happens. Should I contact anyone else?? I would hate to have to go to another store that is farther away and not as friendly but not getting these is really getting old. :shrug7:

At midnight, the cat machines reboot - takes forever to get cats to print if they even print. I avoid the midnight hour at all costs.

Did you sign up for the $5 off $30 purchase at the Robinson GE? I'm wondering if your shelf total was $30 and they automatically deducted it (and it's working at all stores)

I have not signed up my card for the $5 off, so that was not the trigger for the extra $$. My receipt says twice: BEEF BROTH (4.25-) 5.00-

I just found my receipt along with the catalina that says "PIN unavailable". I got it at the Hempfield store. I called catalina and reported the problem. They are supposedly emailing the store and are going to email me a pin or send me new catalinas.
