what should i do about this ebay order

I ordered 15 of the clorox coupons and got them in the mail and it envie had only 13 clorox coupons and 6 other coupons for other products that I have no use for. Luckily I only need 12 of them but do I bother contacting them since its 2 short or do I just let it go. It just irritates me that I paid for them then she sends them short. I could see if she emailed me and told me before had that she realized she was short or something. What would you do?

Look at her feedback, does she have a habit of doing it often? Any chance she did send you the correct amount, but it flew out of the envelope when you opened it? For me, sometimes I let it go.....it depends on what kind of mood I am in. If I paid an extroadinary amount of postage, yeah then I expect all my coupons, especially when there is a disclaimer that says something like "the coupons are free, you are bidding on my time to collect the coupons".....if you're paying for their time to collect the coupons, why the high shipping fee?

It was free shipping. I will have to look at her feedback again when I get to a computer. I don't remember there being any bad feedback

I would contact the seller and let them know. I would just do it as informing them you were short in case someone else does the packaging. As far as getting the rest you ordered I would let it go but I really think you should inform the seller you did not get everything you ordered. If their feedback says anything about it being a habit I would put in your feedback comments but I would not make a huge deal about it. If it is a habit other buyers should be able to read it and then decide for themselves.

I'd let the seller know and then leave feedback based on their response. It could have been an innocent mistake. Depending on the response, leave your feedback accordingly. If you are not satisfied, do not leave positive. Don't just let it go. If everyone let it go, no one else would know and would buy from this person and possible have the same outcome.

I would also try and get an adjustment or partial refund :)

I would write her & let her know. If she were kind in her response, I would then tell her that she could hold off & give you a couple of extras on your next order (since you don't need these). If she's rude, demand the other 2 coupons & leave appropriate feedback once they arrive - not a neg, but word it properly so others will know. If she refuses to send the others, leave her a neg.
