Giant Eagle ~ Question: Wahington observer and GE unleiver

with rumor of a unleiver deal this week and coupons for those items coming out in the RP this week, is the WO a sunday paper with the coupons or the saturday edition? If its sunday do they have an early addition like the PG?

I believe it's only a regular Sunday (no early edition). I checked at the Bethel Park store yesterday and there were NO q's in it.

I guess maybe I will have to drive into washington county on sunday. I will be coming from Monroeville but I feel it will be worth it if the cat deal is good. I need more steelers bucks. I bet Birdseye will be on sale again as Kuhns will have them for .79 and alot of times GE follows suit of super value

Crap - that's a hike. I'm debating going to get some papers (I'm a heck of a lot closer to Washington Cty) because I usually don't get my q's until the Friday after they come out (I get them from out of state). I guess it depends on what the deal is with the unilever cat and the q's that come out to match.

Hmmm, maybe we can work something out where I can pick up papers for you and meet you at the Red,White and Blue thrift store (right outside of the Liberty tunnel on 51) - that way you don't have that far to go. I was planning on doing some Kuhn's shopping on Sunday morning so I would be out that way anyways. I could probably hit a dozen places that do carry the q's before so we'd both have papers. Let me know

This probably goes without saying, but check the OR for the Qs before you purchase it. Not all editions have all the coupons. If the paper is in an area that has the RP delivered in the mail, the OR will not have the RP coupons.

I live in the area that gets the O-R home-delivered with RP q's. I can tell you from experience that there is a large Sheetz on Route 19 not far from Kings and Sonic that carries the O-R with the RP q's. I haven't had any luck finding them further north towards the McMurray area. Also there is an Exxon near the entrance to the Tanger Outlets that has the paper with q's, as does the machine across the street at Burger King. It has also been reported that the RP can be found near Cecil (get off I-79 at the Rt. 50 McDonald exit).

It looks like I better get out early Sunday to stock up on extra papers, lots of competition. The GE I normally shop at in Washington has regularly been selling out of the Sunday paper when the q's are good.

Not always true as all around me they are in the paper and are delivered in the mail. (just not delivered to me in MY tiny hole in the wall zip code)

thank you, I so appreciate your offer buy myears perked or shall I say my eyes when I found out i could get them by the Tanger outlets so this makes a good reason to go christmas shopping at the oultets and stop at the casino lol
