Sounds like a great plan to me. So I am reading toothpaste may be free. I think I need some help with that deal. Which toothpaste is on sale and what coupons do I need to order? We need toothpaste, especially kids toothpaste!
It has been suggested that all non-deal talk be moved to a separate thread because we are clogging up the deal thread! (Who us???)
I suggest whoever wants to start talking about the new ad begin a new thread for us all to congregate in. I think we should use the same title each week with the dates of the ad to make it easier to find the chat thread.
mdshopper - did you want to dechat the deal thread into here?

Sorry but the above is deal talk and this is the chit chat thread, HAHAHA! I crack me up!
I would like to say all the talk about the coffee deal makes me want donuts.
so what is everyone making with all those biscuts??, besides biscuts....i made biscuts and used the sliced ham(warmed) and melted cheese on top and made 'sandwiches' (and free mustard from summer)for dinner. yummy. later this week i am making fried dough, i divide biscuts into 4, drop in hot oil, lightly brown, drain on paper towels and sprinkle with cinnamin sugar.
Am I the only one who didn't buy any Pillsbury this week? I just don't like them that much!![]()
I bought the Pillsbury cinnamon rolls... we don't really eat them. BUT... when it was a money maker-- I couldn't resist! I have managed to pass out 11 out of my 22 to friends and family. The looks on people's faces when I give them a bag of them are priceless!
I didn't either! I pretty much make my own items from scratch (biscuits, pizza dough, etc.) and stay away from processed foods as much as I can. It has to be a really good moneymaker for me to buy something I don't use or it has to be something shelf stable so I can store and then donate it. I'm bummed I can't find Q's for the Land O Lakes butter quarters. Since I do make so much of my own items I like to use good quality butter and Land O Lakes is what I like.
I didn't buy any either. I "bought" free Pillsbury cinnamon rolls a few weeks ago, because they were free and I thought my family might like the variety from my homemade cinnamon rolls. They politely told me that they don't want the Pillsbury ones again, they like mine better.
As for biscuits, with my food processor I can have a batch mixed in about 5 mins. and I know what I put in them.
I did load up on meat though. Lots of roasts in the freezer and lots of really cheap gravy mix for easy crockpot meals in the busy days ahead.
