It appears the Giant Eagle stores are grouped in 'districts.'

Here is one district:

• Edgecliff Giant Eagle (Cleveland, OH)
• W. 138 & Lorain Avenue (Cleveland, OH)

- and –

• W. 117th & I-90 (Lakewood, OH)
• Detroit Road & Bunts Avenue (Lakewood, OH)

At the Edgecliff Giant Eagle are store flyers that have the following goodie on the half page / gate / wrap around:

$1.00 off per gallon of fuel in FuelPerk discounts with a new or transferred prescription.

At the bottom, it does state the following:

“Redeemable at the Edgecliff Giant Eagle Pharmacy Only.”

If you cannot find a store flyer, ask for one at the Customer Service Desk.

What happened about a month ago at the Giant Eagle in Brook Park was at the start of the sale were all of the store flyers had that coupon on the half height / gate / wrap around.

The, the very next day, all of the store flyers were gone.

Pulled.

Then, on Tuesday, they reappeared with a modified half height / gate / wrap around … that had no $1.00 FuelPerk coupon!

I think it was a misdistribution issue.
