This was the second time my Petsmart petperks card code caught the scanner before the GE card, then the Catalina coupon did not print. The guy at Catalina was completely rude, and was fighting with me over a $2 cat, telling me I did not qualify, but I did. Finally, I called GE customer service numberon the back of the card and got a really nice lady. She fixed the transaction to my GE card and also submitted a trouble ticket for the $2 cat coupon. A few days later I received a $5 gift card for GE with a nice letter telling me they were sorry about my troubles. Next time, I will just call GE customer service since Catalina employees were so rude. |
