Is your store on Rodi Road in Penn Hills? If so, I have a very good idea of who came in and used 25 $3 cats in one transaction without any problems!!

Nope! I was talking about myself! I went in Sunday morning to use my 20%. I had a $215 total, used (25) $3 cats (from Tabasco) and (2) $4 cats (Kraft cheese) and after coupons and discount had my total down to $68!

I just assumed it was me since everyone at that store gives me weird looks when I arrive!

Do you remember who your cashier was? I over heard them saying it was a women cashier and she got chewed for taking more than one at a time which i do not understand. If you can earn more than one at a time why cant we redeem more than one. When I want to use more than one i usually go to the far monroeville one lol

Can I just say that I love Glen? I don't know if he's a senior cashier or front-end manager or what, but I always pray he's there when I have a big deal b/c he's so good at fixing any problems that might come up when a cashier doesn't know what they're doing.

There's a lady cashier, too, who seems to be somewhat in charge, and she is all about the cat's. Pulled out her wallet to show me some $4/2 cats that printed for grillable hot dogs a few weeks ago when I was getting a smaller cat (for non-grillables) and made sure all mine printed right. Even told me "No! It doesn't matter if you use coupons or not." Love her too, lol...

Now if they'd just carry whole wheat flour and generic AA vacuum bags...

I love Glen too!! and the lady you r talking about is Patty. Last month I was on vacation and was not in the store for 2 weeks and when I came back they were so happy to see me, they were worried that something had happened.

I had Glenn at checkout today - yay! (And this isn't TOO OT I hope, b/c I picked his lane since I was getting 18 boxes of mac 'n cheese for the $2 oyno q's, lol!)

I had told the lady behind me that I was going to be a while b/c of all the coupons and she said "Oh! That's ok - that's great! You can save a ton of money doing that!" After I was done, she was all happy for me and told Glenn that I used coupons (I'm pretty sure he knew, since he was the cashier, lol!) but he said "Oh yeah! She's always a great shopper!"

And BONUS - they had my whole wheat flour today!

At the bottom of the webpage there is a "download pdf" button. The pdf is a single page summary. This will be great to print and keep in my q binder so if a CAT doesn't print right. . . it will be easy for the customer service folks to credit me. (My store is super nice, but I still think it will make their job easier to have it in writing!)
