Help me understand this deal...please?!

GE has Pepsi 12 packs 4/$10 with one free if you buy 4. So 5/$10.

I found a manu. coupon in a flyer for a store that is 2 hours away from us while visiting my family.

The Pepsi manu coupon is buy 4 12 pack of Pepsi's get 1 free.

How would that work with the GE deal currently going on?

Would I get 6/$10?
I'm not sure if I can use the same 4 for the manu coupon and the store deal?
I don't want to get to the counter and have done something wrong. KWIM?

Anyone throw me a line!?

I haven't personally tried it but I assume you would get 6 packs for $20. The GE deal and the manufacturer's coupon are totally separate. I would love to try this with the $1 peelies I have. I am curious to see if I could get the 6 packs for $14. That would be insane!

I'm broke this week so my sister gave me a $50 GC and I promised her 25 24 pks of pepsi products. I considered it my personal challenge to save as much of that gift card for myself as I could

Of course, she then mentioned she needed cheese, pepperoni and crackers for work tomorrow - I got the crackers for free at Wags, the cheese for free at GE and I have until 9 tonight to find a great deal on pepperoni

Was the store Sparkle? I got a Sparkle ad with a buy 4 12 packs get one free coupon in it. The GE deal is automatic...as soon as you scan the 5th Pepsi the register automatically deducts $2. So why not combine it with the manufacturer coupon for Pepsi? One deal is from the store and one is from Pepsi. Besides the GE deal is just a ploy to get people to buy more Pepsi...I don't think of it as a free 12 pack but more like a price reduction for buying more.
