Giant Eagle's that Double to $1

Can we make a list of all the GE's that double to $1? Might be useful to know incase us unlucky ones happen to be driving through an area that has one.

In the warren/Youngstown ohio area they double up to .99 and not $1. they also only accept IP coupons $3 and below.

Every store in Columbus, OH doubles up to $.99.

Both stores in the Toledo area (Rossford and Toledo) will double up to $1. Anything $1.01 to $2 is worth $2 and anything above that is face value. They are great about accepting IPs as well.

Is either of these Giant Eagles the one that is near a Kroger and a Panera Bread right off of I-75, an exit or two south of where I-75 meets I-80 (Ohio Turnpike)? I know how to get there but I don't know what that area is called. If so, does that Kroger there still double $1 coupons also because if so I might plan a road trip next time Kroger has Dollar Days.

Yes, you are thinking of the one that is located in Rossford. The Kroger right down the street still doubles up to $1 so that'd be a good road trip for you. I believe the address of the Kroger is technically Perrysburg, which is odd since they're so close together.

Thanks and repped. I've met an old work buddy at that Panera for lunch when driving through there, and just stumbled on the double dollars at Kroger last time when I ran in there to buy instant rice. Kroger brand instant rice rocks BTW - beats the crap out of Minute Rice any day so much so I will buy regardless of price/sale whenever I am near a Kroger. Went in there for rice, came out with one box plus 5 bags of other stuff that would survive the trip using coupons I found in my purse....

The one in North Olmsted, and both in Fairview Park doubles up to $1.

The one in North Olmsted took a $4 one at one time.
