Most of the cashiers are nice! Way better than WAGS......... Plus you can always self check yourself out! =)
How do you feel the Cashiers treat you when you use coupons???
Down in Howland, Ohio anymore I feel they hate that I used the coupons and I'm taking things fro there store. They are snotty.
I feel like asking them if they like paying Giant Eagle prices? hahaha..
Now Liberty I do like better but just further to drive..
Just wanted to see how others felt.

In Eastern and Northeastern Ohio, I have found the cashiers to be nice and several enthusiastic about the end result. One here or there are not, but they have never refused my coupons or become disagreeable. The main problem I've had is when OYNO items are OOS and I had an AM call it fraud and a CS get a little hoitytoity. ;)
Got to the young kid cashiers....they never care!

I have my favorite cashier that I always go to... I find out her schedule every week and only shop when she is working. Others do ok and are friendly about my coupons but with my favorite cashier I am in and out of the store almost as quickly as if I didn't use coupons.
I don't care how they act when I check out, as long as I get to use my coupons. I keep smiling because I know how much I'm saving. They can KISS my coupon book!!..lol

The independent store I sometimes shop at seems to hate Q'ers. Not one ever is enthusiastic about Q's and they seem to cringe at the sight of even just one. The other stores I go to are corporate owned and neither seem to care - even when I do 3 or 4 SCO transactions that may need their help, they just merrily come over and do their voodoo and go about their day. Needless to say I only shop the independent store if I have to (need something quick since it is closest to my home, or another store is out of what I need...)
My independent store isn't too coupon friendly either. I really dislike going there and only go when I have to, and I never use coupons to the extent that I do at the corporate owned stores. I've had bad experiences with those as well, but after awhile you learn which cashiers to go to and which to avoid.
