Mr. Clean Cat Problems... UGH!?

I did 2 trans today - both with Mr. Clean Liquid and Spray - different flavors mixed. Neither Cat printed... Customer service tried ringing them a variety of ways but still no cat... Unfortunately they also didn't correct the problem and referred me to Catalina who was confused why they didn't just correct the problem. The gentleman I spoke with is researching the issue but I may not hear from him until next week as trans don't show up in their system for 24-48 hours, etc.

Anyone else have troubles?

I just came back from trying this. My cat didn't print either. CS said it was because I used the BOGO coupons. I would have had to buy 8 to get a catalina because the bogo coupon takes the amount off as free coupon 2.50. Did you also use BOGO coupons? Guess I will wait till I see what luck the others have. I'll call catalina later and see what they say.
I also did an combo of the spray and solution. I bought the purple and the turquoise because they didn't have a spray in the original scent.

I did use the BOGO Q's but they should not affect receiving a Cat because they are a form of payment. I think something isn't program into the computer - don't know if it is a particular scent or what but ugh! I hate when cats don't print!!

I haven't tried this yet, but I highly doubt that is the reason especially when Jen's store tried multiple combinations. When CS is unfamiliar with the way catalinas and coupons work they usually blame the coupon usage. I've heard others here get this excuse used not only in GE, but Wags, CVS and RA too. One solution if you are comfortable with it is asking them to ring up the purchases without the coupons to double check their theory.

Funny, That is exactly what they did at my store - they tried different liquids, four different sprays, then one cashier went and tried just a singel bottle scanned 4 times to see if it was a certain scent - all the time they did not scan any coupons and not once did a cat print... I wonder if the cascade, febreeze, whatnot is working???

I just came here to post about my problem with this this morning. I bought 4, used 2 BOGO coupons, got no love from the Cat machine. I bought all green Meadows & Rain - 2 spray, 2 jugs. CS looked at it and gave me a $5 GE GC.

If this gets working please post here because I have more coupons I'll use to help get rid of all my $2 Ballpark CATs, but I don't want it bad enough to have to go to CS every time.

Oh man my coupons are coming today for this. I hope it gets resolved because I don't want to have to go to CS all the time.

I'm thinking the same - I wanted to do this deal at least 3 if not 4 more times and since CS didn't give me a GC to correct this morning, I'm afraid they won't do it later either... I guess maybe if I don't hear back I could do another store and hope they give the GC??...Ugh...

(4) Mr. Clean Liquids & (4) Mr. Clean Sprays- BOGO Q's plus (1) $.75/1Q

Plus a $5 off any purchase (fundraiser Q) and $5 in cats that were expiring today.

Paid $16.54 on GC (Simp Scrip) and hopefully I will be getting back $10 from the Mr. Cleans... I'm pretty happy with that! (would've been $5 less OOP if first cat would have printed but I didn't even realize first cat didn't print until I was looking for it to pay for second transaction! lol)

I had problems with the Mr Clean too. CS even tried to scan the other items in the ad (like the Cascade / Dawn) and it wouldn't trigger one either.

I also ran into a problem with the Kool-Aid not doubling. Jen, did yours double?

thanks for letting us know... i have a bunch of coupons... grrr... maybe by tomorrow it will be fixed... i hate going to cs for stuff like this....
