Here is the background information …
On Saturday, 05/16/2009, I boogied to the Berea, OH Giant Eagle for the Kraft Barbeque $3.00 OYNO promotion.
I did not receive the $3.00 OYNO Catalina after purchasing six bottles (the shelf was kind of wiped out so the picking were lean).

Here is what I purchased:

Tina mentioned that she had access to a long list of valid sizes.
She said, "Valid were 18.00 ounces and greater."

I guess that the best I can do is return the items I purchased and purchase ones that are ‘valid.’
While I was at this Giant Eagle on Saturday, since my Catalina did not print out I said I wanted to return the products and get back my six 75˘ off manufacturer’s cents off coupons.
This was after the clerk scanned six of the regular size to see if the Catalina would print.
The person behind the counter said, “Since the coupons have already been scanned we cannot return them, they are considered ‘redeemed’.”
In my 100+ years of couponing, this is the first time I have heard this excuse.

I even asked Tina what is a customer to do when a Catalina does not print out.
I boogie to the Customer Service Desk and the first thing the clerk does is go to the current store flyer (which does not mention this Catalina offer).
Tina said that the only person at the store that would know about the offer is the person in charge of scanning.
Soooo frustrating.
They really need a list at the Customer Service Desk.
