I wanted to point out something since you mentioned it.
I have been having a problem with the powerade coupon - Make sure that you are getting the full value.
The powerades are $1.00
The coupon is .75/2
The last several times I have done the deal, the register has been taking off .75 and .25.
I "think" the problem starts when the cashier rings up one and multiplies it 15 times. I don't think it happens when they are scanned individually. I have not been able to test that theory because since then, I can not find enough in any one store to do the deal again.
OMG and the argument I got from customer service to resolve it was just insane. Twenty minutes to make them see.
They kept insisting the register was right because I was getting something for free and they were not going to give me more than free.
I kept repeating my point over and over, "no, the coupon is off two - If I got full redemption of $1.50, I still would be paying .25 cents each - I am not getting anything for free"
It got resolved - but, it took a long long time and many people to get heard.
