I went early to do some stuff so I can plan for the week. These were NOT optimum scenerios, just stuff to make my plans with.

5 bags of Cascade gel pacs
4 cans of Air Effects
$30 only received one $5 cat :sad:

Cat does say one coupon per customer.

That's what I thought but, I'm waiting until I get my SS ad with the page showing that you should receive $5 for 4 items and the fact that it doesn't state one per transaction. Since it's with the ad for buy $30, my argument will be that it's implied that the deals are together and there is nothing stating that you can't receive more than one $5 cat.

Hold onto your receipt and as soon as you get your ad, go back to get your other $5 cat.

This would be good combined with the $5/$30 coupons that some north hills shoppers received for the new GE opening today!

does this have to be 30$ after coupons or before to qualify for the dustbuster?

Oh this deal is giving me a headache and it hasn't even started!!

I went to the website America's Spring Cleaning and I was reading the specifics. It says on there that the dates of purchase must be 3/25-6/30/09 on one receipt and postmarked by 7/17 and received by 7/24.

Wanted to add, I don't see anything about not being able to use coupons on the products, but the dates are so confusing and conflicting!

I think the dates are different, because just like the crocs deal, GE has to be different and have their promo earlier LOL Plus, our form is coming in the Sunday coupons, instead of being a tearpad like at the other stores.

I may try calling the promo help hotline number again and seeing if they have any info yet.

Oh!! With all of the conflicting dates, I didn't realize that the promo started today! This is only for GE right? Other stores start later?

Does anyone have any confirmed scenarios? I still have my free cascade rinse agent coupon that I am going to use. I need to get the total down pretty cheap since I have been counting every penny lately!!

Edit: Ok I am confused! The first page lists an end date of 3/4 and the website shows 6/30?? Are these two different promos?? :shrug7:

LOL Ok - the promo starts today (2/19) for Giant Eagle. We have until 3/4 to purchase the items at Giant Eagle. We have until 3/11 to get them sent in.

Now, every other grocery store (Albies, Kroger, etc) will most likely have the promo from 3/25 until 6/30 - they will have tearpads instead of the form in their sunday paper.

Same thing happened with the Free Crocs wyb P&G items back in..uh..whenever it was LOL Giant Eagle had it where you bought 40$ worth of P&G items in one transaction and a catalina popped out for you to send in for your crocs. Every other grocery store had the tearpads. I guess GE just likes to be different :-)

Soooo - if you are a Giant Eagle shopper - you have the next 2 weeks to buy your 30$ of P&G items in one transaction and send in the form in the 2/22 SmartSource. You get first dibs at the dustbusters :-) Now, if my coupons would just hurry up and get here I'll be happy LOL I have a feeling that as soon as the Sunday paper comes out its going to be hard to find Febreze sprays even though there are a bazillion on the shelves now!

I may go buy diapers too - send that rebate/dustbuster to my mom. I can't wait until next week's ad - hopefully they'll have another good P&G deal too - then I could do some more and send them to my MIL and anyone else I can think of LOL Cheap presents for everyone! Hehe - I'll be done Christmas shopping in no time :-)
