Our advertised price was $0.79/lb for the frozen Honeysuckle turkeys, but when I went to the store today there was a big poster at the entrance stating the new price. Might be true at other GEs too. There is not a local competitor with a price anywhere near that.
Morgantown, WV
I asked the cashier if other stores were doing this but she didn't know.
I just checked at our store in Columbus (Hamilton Rd. Groveport). The name brands aren't marked down, but the GE brand are marked down (literally--price crossed out with a marker) to toms .29/lb. and hens .39/lb.
There was a typed up sign on the case that said limit one per advantage card at that price. Not sure if that's one hen AND one tom or one hen OR one tom. I just bought one hen. She is defrosting as we speak :). We're having our own thanksgiving on Sunday.
Wow! Is there a minimum purchase you have to make to get this price? I know the other stores make you purchase a certain amount to get the sale price.
No minimum purchase here.
Thanks for the info, rldelo. I'll have to go the Grove City store and see if they are doing the same.

Handle every stressful situation like a dog.
If you can't eat it or play with it,
Just pee on it and walk away.
