Oh my gosh! Me on Dave Ramsey show??!!

OH my - I'm so excited and yet scared to death - someone from the Dave Ramsey show just called me and asked me to be on the show - live...on air....to talk about the deals I get by using coupons and shopping at RA and CVS. Oh my gosh. He has been asking for people to write in with their 'How I Find the Deals' stories, so I wrote in and told them about how using coupons has saved our family so much, and allowed me to build a decent stockpile of stuff. I never expected them to call about being on air!! Yikes! LOL

It will be next Tuesday around noon our time. I have a list made up with some of the recent GE deals LOL Things like Muir Glen and Duracell batteries. I mean, I could go on and on - but I have no idea what all I should say! LOL I'm freakin' :-) but in a good way!

Are you going to mention GE by name or a general "the large chain in our area"?

I know what you mean about being nervous. I went to the Oprah website one time and they were asking for people to write in about strange things people save or things people won't part with. I don't remember exactly but it was along those lines. I wrote in and told them my husband has his wisdom teeth of 30 years in his garage toolbox.

Sure enough I got home one day and there was a message from one of Oprah's assistants asking me to call them back. I called them back but chickened out. My husband wasn't too thrilled about the world knowing about his teeth.
