In the 11/11 issue of Woman's Day there is a 5$ MIR for the Tinker Bell movie that GE has on sale for 14.95 between 10/28 and 11/5, but you have to also buy 2 Minute Maid juices between now and 02/16/09. When you buy the DVD at GE this week, you also get a free case of GE water. Receipts have to be dated between 10/7/08 and 02/16/09, so you would have plenty of time for a coupon/sale to come out for the Juice lol

You do NOT need the original MIR form (see below) and Copies of receipts are accepted. You can do 4 per household (guess so you can buy all 4 movies)

- Proof of Purchase Tab from one of the movies (above upc code on movie)
- Register Receipt from purchase of movie with a printed store name on it, and dated from 10/7/08 - 2/16/09 with Purchase Price Circled (copies accepted)
- UPC codes from (2) Minute Maid juices/drinks
- Register Receipt from purchase of juice/drink with purchase price circled dated between 10/7/08 - 2/16/09 (copies accepted)
-The Official rebate form OR from minutemaid.com/disney OR a 3x5 card with name/address/phone number (no PO boxes)
