Do I need fillers?

I can't remember for the life of me

I'm buying

8 bags of Halloween candy, using $1/2 (I'm in NW Ohio, so it will double)
6 Heinz Gravy using $1/3 (again, doubled)

Paying w/ CATs earned last week.....do I need fillers to use the CATs?

I have bought items with my cats and q's where my total was $0 - you shouldn't need fillers (lucky you - the gravy deal is a great one with the doubled q's)

If you total is 0 . i would only get fillers if you are using a SCO because it will need a cashier to approve it. Much easier to do it at a regular register. I've done many transactions that didn't cost me a cent :)
