Expired Whole Foods/Mambo Sprouts Coupons good at GE

Not sure if anyone here eats organics or health food (other than Muir Glen and Cascadian Farms that is LOL) but if you live near Whole Foods, it might be worth stopping in for a few of the Mambo Sprouts coupon booklets. If you don't live near Whole Foods, you can sign up at Printable Organic Grocery and Food Coupons - Resource for healthy and organic living to have them mail you the coupons. It says it could take 3-6 months to start getting the coupons, but it only took about 2 weeks for me to get mine.

They put out the booklets every 4 months (Summer, Fall, Winter, Spring themed) But they are MQs, and are good anywhere.

I was able to get 14 jars of the organic Santa Cruz iced tea for 75c each, because the 75c mq in the booklet doubled. (my mom works at a local health food store who also gets the mambo sprouts books...she hooked me up LOL)

I also got a bunch of the Clif Kids bars for free - they're 75 cents regular price at GE, and there is a 50c mq in the booklet.

Other items in the booklet -

I have no idea, my mom got me them from the store she works at... They put them in the bags as people check out.

Good luck to most of you in the attempt to get a Mambo Sprouts booklet mailed to you. Everytime I have tried to sign up, I received a message that they are not available to be mailed to my area. This summer I whined and complained enough and they sent me one, I think out of pity or to try to appease me.

The reasoning I used with the Mambo Sprouts folks was that I could pick up one of these at Whole Foods if I drove 25 miles through extensive PA road construction (you can't get there from here), paying $$ for gas and then the coupons would be useable at any store. The gave in and mailed me THAT ONE.

These are only mailed to "select" metro areas currently. I remember Philly being mentioned and DC/Beltway area. The rest of us poor backwood folk don't get access unless we frequent Whole (Paycheck) Foods.
    Sorry, just venting!
It's a shame because the coupons are great!

That's odd, I'm at least 1/2 hour or more outside of Pittsburgh and got it mailed to me, and I couldn't believe how fast it came, seriously - like two weeks at the most.

If anyone needs one, let me know - I'll weigh it and see if it would need extra postage but I can get them from my mom. Or even if anyone just wants specific coupons out of them...I have about 20 some booklets...and can get more LOL I'd just need postage. I'll edit my above post to include coupon values and expiration dates as soon as I can :-)

I drove out to the East Liberty WF last week and they were out of the october edition of mambo sprouts. The aug- sept edition had a bunch of current q's though.

    Just my two cents.

I've only ever found those at Whole Foods once. Apparently they're popular! lol

I signed up on the website over the summer and have not been mailed anything. I guess it's their prerogative to only offer their coupons to a limited group, but it stinks just the same.

They'll be offering e-coupons (printables) on the Mambo Sprouts site soon supposedly. Not sure what format they'll be in (bricks type or pdf) but that will be a nice addition to those that don't/can't get the books...so long as your store takes printables :-)

Oh, and I weighed the book - it's under an ounce (only needs one stamp), so if anyone wants one or coupons out of them, just let me know.
