No, not double dipping because no matter how you go about buying the 12 Kool Aids (Using coupons, or not) you ARE still buying them, which fulfills the requirement for the cheese coupon. You have 2 different coupons for 2 different items.

Thanks for the replies- My mom had 1 coupon of hers and I took it down there yesterday to show them. They gave me back my money and told me they didn't understand how she prevented it from doubling. I said there is a button you can hit on the register to not double a coupon that would normally double- they looked at me like I had 3 heads, but I left with my money!

FWIW - DH told me that the button they push is the "no sale" button. He just watched a cashier push it once on his order and asked her why she did it. She said it was because the coupon said Do Not Double on it.

I'm not sure why they all acted so dumb because there are many times I have coupons that read dnd and they will hit the key. It's not like this is some big secret?? That's why I felt like there was some ulterior motive here, like they try to not double a few here and there. I had a lot of coupons that night- about 25 or so, so it's like she tried to sneak that in on my 4 dial coupons
There is a 75c/1 in the 4/6 SS. Makes it free. There are 2 different sizes of deoderant, one is free (the smaller one) and the other would make for some OOP.
