EXACTLY, it's not easy finding a spot & people think this whole couponing thing is easy, but I put MANY MANY hours/week into this!!

Yes I did tell the family member where it was & he was actually with a time or two (thing is, he's not an adult, he's a TEENAGER) but I didn't think he'd take it over if you KWIM.

I had another good spot for a while but then that place shut down!! WAHHHHH

OH - it's a kid. Haha, that stinks b/c then you can't reason with a kid. Hmm, sure he can take advantage of the FREEs, but will he work hard enough to match deals with coupons every week? Does he even go on this forum to check out the deals?

teenager...hmmmmmmm go buy him a game system and he'll be so busy playing that he wont remember to steal your papers lol...... doesnt sound like a teenager thing to do, especially a teenage boy couponing??? this is why i'm real hesistant on telling local people how i get my deals because they won't leave any for me!

I would be really pissed off about this; and I'd tell him. And frankly, I wouldn't associate with him anymore.

Find a new spot. Until you do, get there before him. Don't tell him about deals and don't offer to share anymore. I've found that if you allow yourself to be a doormat, some people will walk all over you.

In the meantime, practice noncommital responses over and over again, in the shower, in front of the mirror, while you are driving...so that when he (or anyone) asks you where you got something or what the deal is, your answer will be "I don't remember".

It's already hard enough with things out of stock! I had little luck w/ the Lysol/Air Wick items, as well as the Vive Gloss shampoo! They were out of stock pretty quick! Couponing isn't as easy as that boy thinks, so I wouldn't worry too much about him "taking over".

Oh I DID use the "I don't remember" on him when he asked where I got the XXX coupons from (the ones I got extras & gave to him then regretted it cause I didn't have enough but luckily found more, he wanted to know where I got them !

What a stinker that boy is. Really I believe the younger generation literally has just about no concept of morals or courtesy. Yes I would definitely beat him at his own game, show up before he does. I wouldn't talk with him any more either. But I would pray for him- he sounds like he will come to a bad end if he doesn't change.
