cheap plants and garden items

in search of cheap plants (flowers and some already started veggie plants) i know it sounds lazy but we've been so busy that im already late in planting. last year i was already done with the garden im a little behind .

kids want to plant some more plants to fill the empty spots around the house. I plan on purchasing some tropical last year i Had a Manedvilla(sp) and it blomed so beautifully. we even let it vine on our railing very nice.

I'm sure you've already purchased your plants by now, but....I don't buy my plants from a store. Our local tech school has a gardening center/greenhouse and they have GREAT prices on veggies and flowers (they even sell shrubs/trees/koi fish for ponds). I was able to get 6 packs of tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, ect for $2.50. They also had huge one gallon perennials for $3. You may want to give your local tech school a call to see if they have a similar program. It's a great way to support the kids and you'll probably get a great deal too!
