    Default stevia?

does anyone here grow it? can you tell me what you use it for? I know it can be processed for a sweetener, but what about the home-grown stuff?

i picked some up on a whim earlier this year and it has gone nuts in the garden.

    Default Re: stevia?

I went ahead and posted a tea recipe in the recipe forum.

    Stevia Leave Tea

However, you can use the leaves to add sweetness to recipes...just like you would a bay leaf. just take a couple of leaves (whole) and add them to recipes. You can also use it as garnishes for mixed cocktails etc.
