something is cutting the flowers off my squash

I've had this problem with squirrels. Cut the flowers off several of my plants and just left them on the ground.

thanks everybody,i didn't know about the male female flower pollination
thing and that the male flower would fall off

Male flowers simply have a slender stalk below the petals.
Seedlady this is from your post and this is exactly the
way the stalk looks,slender but without the flowers on
them

have many squash since the flowers were falling off
