I don' t know if everyone is aware of this- but today on my receipt i have seen the note " coupon update "

as of 12.29.10 - they will stop accepting compet. coupons- and coupons will be only doulbed - no more " all worth 1 $ " .. :(((

this is my first year into couponing- how does this work - is this now finished- no more.. will it come back again eventually ?
it makes me sad :(..

I think now safeway will prob. do the same - .. right ?

VERY sad news!!! But it will come again. It lasted a LOT longer this time than I remember in the past. If I remember right there should be another "all Qs $1" in the spring.

Be aware, my Mirra pouf rang up at 1.87. didn't catch it until i got home, but the shelf price said $10/10.

Also, my other coupons only doubled, didn't go to the full dollar. i.e. the birdseye veggies. It says the all q's are $1 promo ends next week, but for my store, they must've already adjusted the computers.

Oh, love_virus's post reminded me, I have had two things ring up at an incorrect price at Fry's in the past week. The first was raspberries; the tag said 2/$5, but they rang up $3.99 each. The other was a bagged salad that was supposed to be $2.50 but rang up $2.89. You may want to pull off to the side and double check your receipt before you leave the store to make sure everything rang up correctly. I wonder if the holidays have kept the employees so busy they haven't had time to remove old tags. I certainly don't mind getting the difference back plus the $5 scanning law payout, but it's a PITA to have to go back to the store.

Yea, I haven't heard of that one. I thought that they just give you the item for free. One item only, is you bought 2 of the same its just one free.
