Don't forget there were coupons for Farmer John Bacon on Shortcuts as well, giving you some overage. I don't know if they are still up or not because I already added them to my card, but I know there were at least 2 at some point for $1/1.

Well, I went to Fry's this morning hoping for some free bacon, but the Shortcuts coupons did not come off. I don't know if it was because I bought the thick sliced bacon, but the e-coupon says "any" so who knows. And not only was that annoying but none of my coupons valued at a dollar (they just doubled) and the bacon rang up full price. However I did discover that the first Wednesday of every month is "senior day" and they pretty much give everyone the senior discount, which is an extra 10% off. Kind of a nice added bonus there

Well, I went to Fry's this morning hoping for some free bacon, but the Shortcuts coupons did not come off. I don't know if it was because I bought the thick sliced bacon, but the e-coupon says "any" so who knows. And not only was that annoying but none of my coupons valued at a dollar (they just doubled) and the bacon rang up full price. However I did discover that the first Wednesday of every month is "senior day" and they pretty much give everyone the senior discount, which is an extra 10% off. Kind of a nice added bonus there

I had that problem a few weeks ago with both the Wesson oil e-coupon and the Ben and Jerry's e-coupon. I filled out the form in the contact form on the shortcuts website. I was instantly e-mailed and they just put the credit on my Fry's card for the amount. When I went shopping the next time it automatically came off. I wish I had done this sooner because I had a few other times when they have not come off before. You will need your receipt because it asks for a receipt number on the form.

THANKS for the heads up about the Qs not doubling! I will make sure I pay attention to that.

If the bacon rang up wrong, and the cashier didn't fix it, then remind them that they have to give you the bacon for FREE, AND they owe you the price scan garantee....that's A $5 GC.

About the EQ's not coming off...I think Kroger is fixing their system so that if a paper Q is used it, will knock off your EQ. I was pretty sure that was gonna happen sooner or later :sad: I haven't had very many EQ's showing up on my receipts lately.

I have noticed in the past month or so that Shortcuts won't come off with a paper Q but Cellfire will.
