Dial soap is free if you get the original orange kind shown in the ad which is labeled at 50% more in the container. I tried another Dial pump soap of a different scent and it wasn't part of the mega deal.

Your guess is as good as mine. I'm gonna guess another week, only for the reason Safeway has been running theirs for a month or so. But thats just my guess.
