Last nite I went to the healthy section to get some unsweetened cranberry juice.. $9.29 if you can believe it. I started feeling a bladder infection coming on , so you know how you will do anything in hopes to avoid problems. I also got some Traditional Medicinals Echinacea tea - 4.99 and used $1 Q.

Tucked in the corner was a rack that had a wellness catalog that had a .50 Q for Vitamin Water and they are 10 for $10 right now..free if they double the Q.

They had a organic for earth day booklet too. It is full of coupons for cereal, juice, tea, and waffles.

I don't normally buy much organic because its $$ . A few weeks back I bought a bunch of Cascadia Farms granola 2 boxes for $3.69 and a peelie for free granolla bars on box. I had 3 $1 Q's but only used 2 . 3.69 x2=7.38-2.00=5.38 . Then the following trip I noticed it went up $4.69 ..so I used the last coupon. Last nite the granolla was over $9. So they're only good if you catch the sale. Most of the Q's are good thru Aug.

9.29 for Cranberry juice - wow!

I used to take Cranactin whenever I felt like a UTI was coming on - it is a pill that you can buy at health food stores. It is $15 a bottle but works great.

The VitaminWater Qs are specifically for the new Vitamin Water 10. I added these to the database weeks ago when I stumbled upon them. Cool, but I don't like the taste of the new ones.

You can also find new Go Organic for Earth Day booklets with $12 worth of Organic Brand Qs in it at some Frys. I've only found it at the one on 20th Street & Camelback but they had tons.

I love organics but SOO pricy. I caught a bunch of Kashi Cocoa Beach granola boxes marked down to $2 ea - no Qs but grabbed them anyways. It tastes great and it's normally $5 *gag*
