    Everyone,

I'm wanting to organize / sort my PM's and trying to figure out what would be the best way to do this. Thought I would ask you how you organize yours.

    The Folders I have are

Completed Trades (trades, raok and stuff that I have sent out or paid for that I have not goten yet. This is so I can look them up and give feedback)
    Trains (PMs about trains)
Mod stuff (i guess from when I was a mod. I should clean that out)

All other stuff I trash. I don't need to really keep it.

I used to have one for
address (peoples addresses I wanted to keep)
But I decided to trash it too.

I keep pending trade PMs in the in box. I made a folder for "trades that did NOT happen" and one for "completed". That's it.

    I have:

Mailed, waiting for envie (trades or auctions I have mailed and am waiting for the other person's end to come)
Mailed, waiting for feedback (for trades or auctions I have mailed and already left feedback for the other person because I received paypal)

Once I receive someone's envie and leave them feedback, then I move that to the waiting for feedback one until I get feedback from them for what I sent.

I also have one for my mod stuff or stuff I need to keep. Then if it doesn't really go in one of the folders I have, I just leave it in my regular inbox. I don't keep any sent items unless they are important.

really i dont. i save the last pm (or the one with trade info) from trades. all other pm's are deleted. then when i get an envie, i pull up that pm and leave feedback. sometimes i do fall behind and do them once a week or so. then once feedback is left, i delete that way i know i left feedback and my pm's arent cluttered.

I have always been organized with my PMs even before I made folders, but boy having the folders really does make it even easier for me!
