I am in the middle of the trade and got a message:
busy*** has exceeded their stored private messages quota and cannot accept further messages until they clear some space.

How can i let her know?

send her a visitor message. she needs to delete old messages out.

I know who you are talking about and she has this problem alot because she is an awesome trader and trades alot. Go to her profile and write a visitor message and change this post to her username so she can see it.
