    Default Help w/ coupon database

I am new to this site. I have read all the faq's and 101 and still can't figure out how to print coupons from the coupon data base. I apologize if this question has been answered somewhere else.

It could be confusion on the use of the database. You can't print all the coupons listed there, only the ones listed as printable in the "source" column. The database is a wonderful resource of where to find coupons for many different locations.

Yes, not all the coupons in the coupon database are printable coupons. To find JUST printable coupons in the coupon database select "Printable" from the source drop down field in the search area of the coupon database at the top of the page. This will pull up a list of printable coupons, sorted by the newest coupons first. You can then search for specific brands by typing in the name of the brands you are looking for, ie Excedrin, and if there are printable coupons for that brand. The description field for printable coupons is a clickable link taking you to the coupon. If the coupon is no longer there or available to print please report the coupon and let us know so that we can remove it from the coupon database.

Also all new coupons added to the coupon database will not have their links viewable until a member of our Coupon Database team approves the link. I am trying really hard to get all new entries approved quickly but, I admit it can get a little hectic around here and I am in charge of printable coupons. If a coupon has not been approved yet you will see a message that reads "Link Suppressed Awaiting Verification" or something to that effect. We approve all links to prevent spam in the coupon database (nothing like clicking a link thinking you are getting a coupon only to find some porn or other junk - it happens)

To find out more about using the coupon database please take a moment to read the How to use the Coupon Database guide

I too am having difficulties with printing the "printable coupons". Seems the request gets stuck in my print que with an error message. I click resume print and nothing comes out. So then I go back to print them again and the forum tells me I have reached my limit for printed coupons. What the heck?

You need to go to the specific stores threads for your area. At the top click on Coupon forums.

Then go down to Store Deals. That is where you will find specific stores.

It is important to note that we, hotcouponworld does not provide the printable coupons found on this site, we just tell you where they can be found. If the printable coupons are not working for you it could be because either the offer has expired (in that case you can report coupons in the coupon database and let us know and we will remove those coupons from the database, or if the coupon is found on the forums you can report a post and let us know).

Or there is something going on with your computer and the printable coupon software that is required to be installed to print coupons from the various printable coupon companies. While we can try to help you troubleshoot what is going on, we do not have any control over the printable coupon software, this is all third party software and you may need to contact the printable coupon company and see if they can help you out.

But if you post the link to the coupon that you are having problems printing we would be happy to see if we can help you, or point you in the right direction to where you can get help.

You can find the ad match ups in our Store Deals forums, our mods and members all contribute to the deals posted on Hotcouponworld. It is up to everyone here to contribute and post the deals, ask and answer questions, while we can do a lot of the work for you, our core belief for our forums is to give the members the tools and resources to be able to learn how to do the deals yourselves, so the folks that know the deals post them and those learning to do the deals read along and ask questions and learn, so that later they can come back and post the deals too. Unlike a blog where they give you a point blank list of all the deals, a forum lets you, the member contribute to help the community out.

I believe the issue maybe with the coupon software I downloaded. Although it appears to be fully functional, I am fairly confident that it did not download completely.

Is there anyone who can help me in figuring this problem out?

Uninstall, turn off anti-virus, re-install? Is this the way to go?
