    Yes I would suggest uninstalling the software and reinstall it and see if that helps.

    I was having the same problem and went through the troubleshooter item by item...I tried the resinstall and everything, enabling Java/reinstlalling Java, etc. and found that the best way around it is to only pick 3 to 5 coupons at a time to print and then print those, then go back and print the next 3 to 5 you want, etc. until you have all the ones you want. It takes more time but for some reason it's the only way I can get it to work after trying everything else suggested in the troubleshooting guide... HTH

    you can go into your control panel on your computer then delete the coupon software program (should be coupon printer for windows)...then start again by downloading it again. depending on what browser you are using, this can make a difference. also what system can matter, i have windows 7 and if your java isnt on, you will not get smartsource to print (they will just keep scrolling, updating, scrolling, updating- really ugly cycle)

    also try the easy, turn off your computer and start it again. this works with the target coupon printing software.

    dont turn off your anti virus totally, just lessen the requirements to get the coupon printer in (popups specifically).
