Didn't know if this was the place to ask or not, but I was wanting to post a pic of my new baby mini donkey. I'm offering a RAOK to help name it. Can you help me figure out how to add a pic? Thanks.

Hi, 1st you need to upload the pic to a pic hosting site such as Photo Bucket. Once it is uploaded it will create a link that you use to post here. There will be several links to use; I use the IMG CODE link. If you need help just PM me I will be more than happy to help.

When I first join up I had an avatar and it show up but now on the 2nd day yesterday it didn't.

So I when to see if it was still there and it was. I tried to change it but now it won't reset or give me an option to do anything.

Am I doing something wrong?

Do you know of a way to make the smilies not appear in the posts? I often read from work and it would be better if I could hide them.

Thread Display Options ( approx. 1/2 way down page ) ~ Visible Post Elements ~ Choose the ones below that you wish to not show up and remove the check.

You have the option to show or hide various elements of messages, which may be of use to users on slow internet connections, or who want to remove extraneous clutter from posts. Show Signatures Show Avatars Show Images (including attached images and images in [IMG] code)

Help!! I'd like to get a picture I took as an avatar, but right now its too big. Is therea anyway to make it smaller to fit the requirements? I thought I did it with my last one, but I can't figure it out now. I'm working with Kodak easyshare. Thanks!!

Hi, here are the size requirements for avatars:

The maximum size of your custom image is 100 by 100 pixels or 31.0 KB (whichever is smaller).

I store all my graphics on my hard drive in the folder called "My Documents". If you click on the pic you can go to edit & resize from there. I'm not familiar with Kodak Easyshare so I can't guide you through the steps.

If you like you can PM or email me the pic & I can resize for you. LMK by way of PM if you decide to email so I will remember to check for it.
